Missi Pitcher has been working behind the chair for 14 years and has a massive passion for the hair Industry. She has been trained and mentored by the Industry's top hair professionals and company greats in Washington DC, New York and LA throughout her career. A National Color Educator, Platform Artist and owner of the social media and education platform Boss Hair Society, she has taught on stages in Hollywood, New York and Nashville and is a former J Beverly Hills National Colour Educator. She travels the country teaching advanced color formulation and technique classes for Boss Hair Society and was recently name USA Artistic Director for Bhave Australia. She has worked on photo shoots in Hollywood and has been trained by Eleven Australia, J Beverly Hills and a four time NAHA winner in editorial styling and cutting.  She was named Catapult Seacoast's Top 20 Young Professional in 2017, has been a judge for Work, Stay, Play NH, a volunteer for the American Cancer Society for 9 years and is the accomplished founder and creator of MaxCharles Salon & Spa. Specializing in all things color, cutting and styling, she works hard to make sure that your experience at MaxCharles is a memorable one.
