Owner Missi Pitcher is a National Color Artist, Educator and founder of @bosshairsociety and offers constant support and education to the MaxCharles team. To make sure that all needs are met and all talents are grown, we offer in-house education from top of the line Artists and talented Educators as well as opportunities to attend classes on location. We don't just stop there though, we also work to grow our team with business education, social media and professionalism behind the chair.
