If you need to cancel, please do so 24/48 hours before your appointment to avoid our cancelation fee. This allows your service provider time to fill the appointment slot and for us to be able to find you a new appointment time that works for you. Any client who has canceled and/or no showed an appointment over three times in a calendar year will be asked to keep a card on file for further booking.
We strive to create a consistent, safe, and relaxing experience for all of our clients. With that said, if you have an appointment booked with us and have small children, please consider finding childcare before arriving to your appointment unless they are the client being seen. If you are unable to do so we can gladly reschedule the appointment for another day that works best for you. We LOVE children, however, relaxation is a hidden treasure and we love to have our clients come to an atmosphere where they can do so. If your littles are with you for an appointment, please make sure they are supervised by a parent or grown-up at all times in the waiting area. A salon is filled with chemicals, sharp scissors, expensive tools, etc. We want to keep them safe and you as relaxed as possible. If you have any questions, always feel free to call!
We do our best to have you leave feeling and looking your best, however, we are here for you even past our front doors. We guarantee all of our services for up to one week. Although we strive for perfection every time, we understand that things happen and urge you to call us if you feel you need to. Your happiness is our #1!
Product Return Policy
We don't support product grave yards and want you to love what we sell you. We work hard to send you home with the best hair care for your needs. After you go home with your products and begin to use them, if you feel they are not quite right for you, then bring them back! Products can be used but must be over half full when returned. Products may only be exchanged for another product, we cannot refund. * Limited to hair products only
