At MaxCharles, we have an incredibly talented staff with multiple levels of experience and education. By providing different pricing levels, we are able to offer services for all budgets. Levels are decided by experience, continued education and client demand.

No matter the level you choose, you are promised exceptional service and results.
Associate Stylist
Has continued in advanced education courses in cutting, styling and color. They are refined in their craft and provides exceptional services and inspiration.
Senior Stylist
Has completed required hours in advanced and continued education. Senior Stylists are top skilled professionals who are growing their bookings and clientele.
LEAD Stylist
Has advanced in continued education with ongoing growth and shines as leaders in their craft. Lead Styists are independent workers with high demand bookings.
Master Stylist
Has exceeded required advanced education and has strong leadership skills in their Industry. They are Industry masters, assist with any cross checking and consultations with fellow stylists if needed and have high demand bookings.
EXECUTIVE STYLIST
Has exceeded required advanced education and are educators within/outside the salon. They assist with any cross checking and consultations with fellow stylists if needed and have high demand and/or closed bookings.

At MaxCharles, we believe in transparent pricing and consultations to avoid any surprises at check out. For easy planning, we have priced chemical services as stand alone & with a hair cut. All services include a wash and blow-dry.
Color prices are based on a medium hair texture and saturation as well as a standard time allotment for application. Prices are subject to change based on length, density, porosity of hair and extra time.
